*The toughest, driest roast is the Rump.

*Tenderloins are automatic with the order.

*Offal consists of: Heart, Liver, Tongue, and Tail

*Porterhouse steak comes with the T-bone.

*New York is basically a boneless T-bone, the tenderloins will be wrapped separately.

*You can grind any cuts you don’t want just write in “grind”

*Dog bones are large for large dogs, they cannot be cut into small slices for small dogs

*Take the dog bones even if you don’t have a dog for bone broth or give them to someone you know who has dogs since you are paying for that weight.

*The beef lasts two years easily when frozen
